MsdC provides a variety of training in support of our solutions.  Our training approach emphasizes the practical and competence goals. Competence training provides assurance that the student learns not just concepts but actually trains using the system and features related to their job function.  Proficiency is measured by task accomplishment.

We focus our training on what is needed to accomplish tasks using the actual customized system to create competence.  This integrated approach addresses the knowledge and skills needed for defined job categories. Since many of the medEncounter applications are customized for each customer we design individual training materials and provide custom course development.  Our training will help you maximize your investment with your MsdC solution.

Delivery of training includes optional development of computer based training, classroom training, self-paced courses, web-based seminars and other methods. Training material and courses are typically supplied with the solution.
