| Careers at MsdC MsdC has a long tradition of incorporating the latest stable technological advances into our systems. To maintain this excellence MsdC recruits the "best and brightest" for our development, sales support, and customer support teams. We are proud of our heritage and challenging work environment. We have a stable work environment, over 80% of the current staff have been with MsdC 12 years or longer. We have careers in sales, technology development, customer support and management. In addition to full-time technical development and support areas we have an Extended Staff program. In the networked world of today's mobile technologists it is no longer necessary to have everyone associated with the company as full-time staff. Specialists are needed for projects and point-requirements. MsdC has found it very effective to develop a network of technology experts in key areas (e.g. web-development, DBMS, Java, UNIX, Linux, C language, etc.). These experts complement our existing core full-time technical staff and work under a senior member of the MsdC team. This network of experts allows us to bring the skills, experience and knowledge of these independent technologists to bear on specific development or support projects as needed. Each specialist undergoes a qualification process by MsdC in their area of expertise. After certification in the specialty area the specialist will execute a Non-Disclosure Form and project employment contract.
